I highly recommend you read Personal development books or listen to uplifting and inspiring podcasts/ audio books. While working to improve our bodies it is important to improve our mindset, especially if we are to treat the cause of why we put on weight in the first place or symptoms we may be experiencing life depression, anxiety, anger, emotional eating etc. These may dissipate once we start to exercise and focus on ourselves but it is important for general wellbeing to have a positive mindset and you are more likely to continue in your journey. Falling off the wagon could result in those unwanted emotions coming back along with feelings of failure and a reinforcement that you aren't cut out for exercise or you don't derserve the body of your dreams.
